Psychotherapy

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.Haruki Murakami

Individual psychotherapy is a curing process during which a psychotherapist meets a client (in supportive therapy once a week, in psychoanalytic therapy twice a week) and attempts to understand the client`s problems and non-functional patterns more deeply. The therapy consequently leads to personal growth and a decrease in personal problems.

Psychotherapy can help in the following areas:

  • depression,
  • anxieties,
  • trauma,
  • low self-esteem,
  • relationship problems,
  • psychosomatic problems and insomnia.
