Individual psychotherapy is a curing process during which a psychotherapist meets a client (in psychoanalytic therapy once or ideally twice a week) and attempts to understand the client`s problems and non-functional patterns more deeply. The therapy consequently leads to personal growth and a decrease in personal problems.
Psychotherapy can help in the following areas:
- depression,
- anxieties,
- trauma,
- low self-esteem,
- relationship problems,
- psychosomatic problems and insomnia.
